Turkey Snack Sausages

Sausages for snacking while watching the game, playing cards, or dominoes while enjoying good times with friends and family. It can also be a perfect option for a gathering with friends.

  • 500 grams turkey sausage
  • 3 chipotle chiles
  • 1/2 onions
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 1/2 cups button mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 pinch coarse salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • Maggi seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice

  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Slice the sausages diagonally into medium pieces.
  • Slice the serrano chiles, mushrooms, and onion into julienne strips.
  • Fry all the ingredients over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the ingredients are well fried, add the chipotle chiles and mix everything together to add flavor.
  • Before removing from the skillet, spray a little Maggi sauce, lemon juice, and mix again.
  • Place in a dish with toothpicks and it's ready.
