Sausage Snails with Spinach

Treat the little ones at home with this fun sausage snack in the shape of a snail. Have fun creating this original dish with your children; they will love it!

  • On a cutting board, trim the edges of the sandwich bread, and using a rolling pin, press the bread to flatten it.
  • Place the spinach leaves, slices of FUD® CUIDA-T + turkey breast, slices of FUD® CUIDA-T + Manchego cheese, and roll them up, pressing lightly to compact.
  • On a cutting board, cut the FUD® CUIDA-T + turkey sausage lengthwise, place the cloves at one end of the sausage to simulate eyes, and insert the carrot to simulate antennae.
  • Roll the sausage in the roll, using toothpicks to secure the sausage to the roll. Serve on a large plate accompanied by spinach and cherry tomatoes.
