This shrimp tostadas recipe is a perfect snack. They are made with lemon, onion, cilantro, mango, serrano chili, and a bit of yogurt. Easy and light.

1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 kilos shrimp, peeled
6 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/4 cups red onion
6 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 serrano chiles, chopped
6 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 mango, diced

Mix the cumin, lemon juice and zest, onion, cilantro, chiles, and yogurt. Add the shrimp and diced mango.
Place a little of the mixture on each golden chalupa (can be substituted with tostadas). Serve immediately.
