Shrimp Tostadas

This shrimp tostadas recipe is a perfect snack. They are made with lemon, onion, cilantro, mango, serrano chili, and a bit of yogurt. Easy and light.

  • chalupas, golden
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, peeled
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cups red onion
  • 6 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 serrano chiles, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 mango, diced

  • Mix the cumin, lemon juice and zest, onion, cilantro, chiles, and yogurt. Add the shrimp and diced mango.
  • Place a little of the mixture on each golden chalupa (can be substituted with tostadas). Serve immediately.
