6 slices smoked salmon
2 tubs plain yogurt, (250 grams each)
1/2 onions, finely chopped
dill
ground black pepper

Pour the yoghurt into a coffee filter and let it drain for 3 hours.
Spread the drained yoghurt over the bread.
Add the smoked salmon cut into strips.
Add the dill, pepper, and chopped onion.
