8 slices smoked salmon
1/2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
coarse salt
1 cup plain yogurt, unsweetened
2 tablespoons carrot , finely chopped
1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Mix the yoghurt with the garlic, salt, carrot, dill, lemon juice, and ground pepper.
Spread the previous mixture on the slices of bread. Add two slices of smoked salmon and assemble the sandwiches.
