Smoked Salmon Sandwich with Yoghurt Sauce

This recipe has exquisite gourmet flavors and best of all, it is very simple to prepare. You can enjoy these smoked salmon sandwiches at a picnic or at school or the office.

  • 8 wholemeal breads, toasted
  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • coarse salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons carrot , finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ground peppers

  • Mix the yoghurt with the garlic, salt, carrot, dill, lemon juice, and ground pepper.
  • Spread the previous mixture on the slices of bread. Add two slices of smoked salmon and assemble the sandwiches.
