Chocolate Popcorn

Dark chocolate popcorn is an ideal snack for any time. It’s a different version of popcorn where it’s not coated in chocolate, but simply has a small touch of chocolate.

  • 1 package popcorn kernels
  • 1 cup white chocolate
  • 1 unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon roses essence
  • 1 teaspoon green tea, powder
  • 1 teaspoon mint essence
  • red food coloring, necessary amount
  • vegetable colorings, green necessary amount
  • edible gold dust, necessary amount

  • Melt the dark chocolate and add the butter.
  • Divide the white chocolate into three equal parts and to each one add mint essence, powdered green tea, and rose essence.
  • Add red coloring to the white chocolate with rose essence, and green coloring to the chocolate with green tea.
  • Divide the popcorn into three equal parts and add a mixture to each bowl of popcorn.
  • Prepare a tray with wax paper.
  • Place the popcorn on the tray.
  • Let it harden for 30 minutes, sprinkle a little edible gold powder, and then place them in bags to give as gifts.
