Dark chocolate popcorn is an ideal snack for any time. It’s a different version of popcorn where it’s not coated in chocolate, but simply has a small touch of chocolate.

1 package popcorn kernels
1 cup white chocolate
1 unsalted butter
1 teaspoon roses essence
1 teaspoon green tea, powder
1 teaspoon mint essence
red food coloring, necessary amount
vegetable colorings, green necessary amount
edible gold dust, necessary amount

Melt the dark chocolate and add the butter.
Divide the white chocolate into three equal parts and to each one add mint essence, powdered green tea, and rose essence.
Add red coloring to the white chocolate with rose essence, and green coloring to the chocolate with green tea.
Divide the popcorn into three equal parts and add a mixture to each bowl of popcorn.
Prepare a tray with wax paper.
Place the popcorn on the tray.
Let it harden for 30 minutes, sprinkle a little edible gold powder, and then place them in bags to give as gifts.
