100 grams chorizo
1 liter cider

In a pot, place the chorizo and pour in the cider until covered.
Leave them on low heat until the chorizo is cooked.
Once ready, remove the chorizo and slice it into not very thick rounds.
Remove the layer of fat that formed in the cider you cooked them in.
Return the chorizo and serve them in the cider.
