Make a volcano with the flour, baking powder, and salt, incorporate the egg and egg yolks. Mix to start forming the dough, gradually add the warm milk. Continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic, and does not stick.
Let it rest until it doubles in size in a warm place.
