5 liters water
8 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 lemons
100 grams panela cheese , grated
chile piquín , powder

In a large pot, place the water, the corn, and the pericón. Let it cook for 30 minutes.
Insert a stick into each corn. Spread half a lime, a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with enough grated cheese and chili piquín.
