Mexican Corn

Prepare your corn to enjoy with your family. A typically Mexican snack. They are delicious and easy to prepare. You can accompany them with mayonnaise, cheese, and chili piquín.

  • 8 ears corn
  • 1 bunch pericon
  • 5 liters water
  • 8 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 lemons
  • 100 grams panela cheese , grated
  • chile piquín , powder

  • In a large pot, place the water, the corn, and the pericón. Let it cook for 30 minutes.
  • Insert a stick into each corn. Spread half a lime, a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with enough grated cheese and chili piquín.
