1/2 red bell peppers, cut into squares
1/2 green bell peppers, cut into squares

Cut the peppers into small cubes, place them in a skillet, and sauté.
Break the eggs and beat them a little with a fork, add the potato pieces, season with salt and pepper, and add the pepper.
In a hot skillet with oil, add the mixture; when you see that a firm crust has formed on the bottom, flip the tortilla.
You can cut the tortilla into squares or serve slices as if it were a cake.
