2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cups fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoons lime zest
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
24 pieces of bread
1 package smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Mix the cream cheese and cream with a spatula. Add the dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spread the cheese mixture on the bread, then add the smoked salmon and the other slice of bread. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
