1/4 cups rice, cooked
2 canned tuna, drained
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 tablespoons celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs
1 potato , large or two medium peeled and sliced
1/2 kilos tomato , ripe
2 chipotle chiles, canned
1/4 onions, in pieces
granulated chicken bouillon
1 clove garlic

For the sauce: Boil the tomato and onion. Once cooked, blend them with the chipotle, garlic, and broth.
In a mold, mix the cooked rice, tuna, onion, celery, garlic, cornstarch, and eggs. Set aside.
Heat a bit of oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes until soft.
Add the sauce to the pan and when it boils, incorporate the reserved tuna mixture.
Cook the stew until the liquid reduces.
