1/2 teaspoons cumin powder
1/4 teaspoons ground red pepper
2 cups nut mix
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Stir the butter and spices until well combined. Pour over the nuts and toss gently to coat.
Spread the nuts evenly in a baking dish by the spoonful.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring after the first 4 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
