1 cup jocoque Extra Special® with fine herbs and garlic
1 box Extra Special® box of toast with black olives, 125 g
1/4 cups black olives, cut for garnish
1/4 cups cherry tomato, yellow cut into quarters
1 tablespoon chives
1/4 cups Extra Special® soy and lemon vinaigrette

On a tray, lay down cling film and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Neatly arrange the slices of smoked salmon where you added the sesame seeds and press lightly to adhere.
Add the herbed jocoque and garlic, spreading it over the entire surface of the salmon.
Form a tightly rolled log with the preparation and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
On a cutting board, slice the roll into 5 cm thick pieces. Serve the pieces on toasted bread with black olives, cherry tomatoes, and chives for garnish. Accompany with soy and lemon vinaigrette.
