  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 12 árbol chiles
  • 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley, finely chopped

  • Bring water to a boil in a pot and add salt. Add the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes or until well cooked.
  • Blend the garlic, chiles, apple cider vinegar, and water until you obtain a sauce. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet and add the potatoes, sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until slightly golden and stir in the parsley.
