Spinach Sticks

  • Mix the eggs. Add the chopped spinach and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix the above with the Parmesan cheese, light milk, butter, flour, and baking powder.
  • Place the mixture in a previously buttered and floured mold. Preheat the oven to 180C degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Once this process is finished, ensure that the top has browned.
  • Let cool and cut into strips.
