3 mangoes paradise
1 cup cucumber, the pulp
3 cups mango, dehydrated and spiced
1 cup piquín chile

Cut the mango in half with a knife, but do not remove the skin.
Take a Parisian spoon or a regular spoon and remove some of the mango pulp to fill it.
Fill with diced cucumber and dehydrated, spiced mango.
Serve with sugar-free piquin chili and liquid chamoy.
