Stuffed Mangos

You won't be able to resist this recipe for stuffed mangos with cucumber, dehydrated mango, and piquin chili! This delicious fruit is rich in vitamins A and C, which act as powerful antioxidants.

  • 3 mangoes paradise
  • 1 cup cucumber, the pulp
  • 3 cups mango, dehydrated and spiced
  • 1 cup piquín chile

  • Cut the mango in half with a knife, but do not remove the skin.
  • Take a Parisian spoon or a regular spoon and remove some of the mango pulp to fill it.
  • Fill with diced cucumber and dehydrated, spiced mango.
