Place the wings on a baking sheet and put them in the oven until golden brown. Make sure the meat is well cooked and not just the skin browned. After the wings are cooked, toss them in the pan with garlic and butter. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Then add your chipotle pepper, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and all the other sauces. Let simmer for a couple of minutes. Put them in a bowl, pour a little sauce over them, and give a sprinkle of blue cheese.
