Surimi and Chives Dip

This dip is absolutely delicious for any celebration with friends. Prepare it and impress everyone by serving it with mini bread toasts or casabitos.

  • 150 grams surimi, or crab meat
  • 100 grams chives, or spring onion (chives)
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Place the cream cheese in the mixer on medium speed to soften its texture.
  • While the cheese is being mixed, take the surimi pieces and shred them a bit into strands. Then chop them into small pieces.
  • Finely chop the green part of the chives and mix it with the cream cheese and surimi.
  • Add the olive oil and salt.
  • Serve in a transparent bowl which you will place on a platter and surround it with crackers, toasted bread, or gourmet casabitos.
