Surimi and Chives Dip

This dip is absolutely delicious for any celebration with friends. Prepare it and impress everyone by serving it with mini bread toasts or casabitos.

150 grams surimi, or crab meat
100 grams chives, or spring onion (chives)
250 grams cream cheese
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Place the cream cheese in the mixer on medium speed to soften its texture.
While the cheese is being mixed, take the surimi pieces and shred them a bit into strands. Then chop them into small pieces.
Finely chop the green part of the chives and mix it with the cream cheese and surimi.
Add the olive oil and salt.
Serve in a transparent bowl which you will place on a platter and surround it with crackers, toasted bread, or gourmet casabitos.
