Heat the water in a pot over medium heat and add the tamarind concentrate, sugar, Lucas® Chamoy Worm, and previously hydrated and melted gelatin.
Mix until combined, cook for 5 minutes or until it comes to a boil, and remove from heat.
Add the Skwinkles® Chunks into the previously greased popsicle molds and then pour in the mixture you prepared earlier. Freeze for 1 hour and remove from the molds.
Coat the popsicles with Lucas® Chamoy Powder and decorate with Lucas® Chamoy Worm.
