In a food processor, process the white bread until it becomes bread flour and mix with the milk.
In a deep bowl, add the ground bread, ground meat, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, onion, garlic, and egg. Mix well with your hands and season with peperoncino and pepper to taste.
With your hands, form 18 meatballs, they should be the size of golf balls.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 6-8 minutes and remove from the oil.
Remove excess oil with paper towels and serve.
