Meatballs

These meatballs are delicious, an ideal snack for any occasion. Try them and pair them with whatever you like the most.

  • 600 grams ground meat
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • pepper , to taste
  • 1/3 cups cow's milk
  • peperoncinos
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped

  • In a food processor, process the white bread until it becomes bread flour and mix with the milk.
  • In a deep bowl, add the ground bread, ground meat, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, onion, garlic, and egg. Mix well with your hands and season with peperoncino and pepper to taste.
  • With your hands, form 18 meatballs, they should be the size of golf balls.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 6-8 minutes and remove from the oil.
  • Remove excess oil with paper towels and serve.
