  • 8 slices wholemeal bread, multigrain bread in small slices
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/3 cups Obela® Hummus, Classic
  • 4 tablespoons broccoli, sprouts, washed and disinfected

  • For the vinaigrette: Blend the olive oil, vinegar, basil, orange zest, salt, and pepper; whip until combined and emulsified. Let it rest.
  • For the tapas: Toast the slices of bread in a skillet.
  • Slice the tomatoes into semi-thin rounds, brush them with the vinaigrette, and grill them in a hot skillet on both sides until golden.
