Try these stuffed squids, they are delicious for snacking or as an appetizer for your meal. These squids are filled with zucchini, a combination you won't be able to resist.
Wash the zucchini, cut one into thin slices and the other 4 into small cubes.
The sliced zucchini is seasoned with salt and pepper and fried. Set aside for plating.
In a pan with a little olive oil, add the zucchini with lemon, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the squid with the zucchini mixture.
Dredge in flour and fry the stuffed squid in a pan with plenty of hot olive oil, adding a little salt. Place on a plate with paper towels to absorb excess fat.
Cut and serve on a bed of the cooked sliced zucchini.
