Stuffed Squid

Try these stuffed squids, they are delicious for snacking or as an appetizer for your meal. These squids are filled with zucchini, a combination you won't be able to resist.

  • 5 zucchinis
  • 500 grams squid
  • flour , as needed
  • olive oil
  • salt , and pepper to taste
  • 2 lemons

  • Wash the zucchini, cut one into thin slices and the other 4 into small cubes.
  • The sliced zucchini is seasoned with salt and pepper and fried. Set aside for plating.
  • In a pan with a little olive oil, add the zucchini with lemon, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff the squid with the zucchini mixture.
  • Dredge in flour and fry the stuffed squid in a pan with plenty of hot olive oil, adding a little salt. Place on a plate with paper towels to absorb excess fat.
  • Cut and serve on a bed of the cooked sliced zucchini.
