1/2 serrano chiles, without tail
1 clove garlic, small
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
3 tablespoons corn oil
1 cup black beans, ground
1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
1 tlayuda
1/2 avocados, sliced
4 tablespoons queso fresco, crumbled
4 teaspoons sour cream, reduced fat
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Blend the serrano chili with garlic, onion, and oil. Heat this mixture in a non-stick pan and pour in the beans to sauté.
Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes and season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth.
Spread this mixture over the tlayuda, and at the moment of serving, add slices of avocado, cheese, cream, and cilantro.
