These delicious Tortilla Chips with Pico de Gallo are a tasty recipe as an appetizer or snack. The pico de gallo salsa is made from tomato, chili, and onion. We recommend making the tortilla chips fresh by frying tortillas cut into pieces.

1 sprig fresh cilantro

Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, and serrano chili into small cubes.
Finely chop the cilantro.
Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, stir, and adjust salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve on a plate in the center of the table and accompany with tortilla chips.
