Cut the edges of the bread and shape them tightly to the size you want. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin and smooth it out so that the slices do not separate.
Spread mayonnaise evenly over the entire surface. Arrange very thin slices of avocado, then add (all finely chopped and in layers) ham, bell pepper, lettuce, yellow cheese, and jalapeño pepper.
Roll it up tightly in aluminum foil, seal it perfectly, and store it in the refrigerator.
When you are ready to serve, slice and present on a plate.
