Wrapped Child

This wrapped child recipe is one of my all-time favorites. The filling of ham and cheese is so delicious that you can't stop eating it, I love it!

  • 1 package white bread
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, thin slices
  • 250 grams deli ham
  • 1 can red bell pepper
  • 1 lettuce, to taste
  • 250 grams American cheese
  • 1 can pickled Jalapeño chiles, chopped

  • Lay a sheet of aluminum foil on the table.
  • Cut the edges of the bread and shape them tightly to the size you want. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin and smooth it out so that the slices do not separate.
  • Spread mayonnaise evenly over the entire surface. Arrange very thin slices of avocado, then add (all finely chopped and in layers) ham, bell pepper, lettuce, yellow cheese, and jalapeño pepper.
  • Roll it up tightly in aluminum foil, seal it perfectly, and store it in the refrigerator.
  • When you are ready to serve, slice and present on a plate.
