  • 1/4 cups onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 cups pot beans, with broth
  • 2 árbol chiles, fried
  • oil , to fry the tortillas
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups chicken breast , cooked and shredded
  • cream
  • panela cheese , crumbled
  • 1/2 cups chorizo, fried
  • cilantro leaves, for garnish
  • radish, for garnish

  • In the same pan, fry the onion and garlic. When they are golden brown, add the beans with their broth and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the chilies and blend everything, season with salt and pepper, return to the pan and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • In another pan, heat the oil and place the tortillas just to warm them, then add them to the bean sauce, arrange the tortillas on a flat plate, fill with chicken, and cover with a little more beans.
  • Serve with cream, fried chorizo, and cilantro leaves.
