Traditional Discada Norteña

  • 1 cup bacon
  • 1 cup chorizo
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup sausages
  • 500 grams pork
  • 500 grams beef
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup beer
  • salt
  • pepper

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until golden brown and until fat is rendered out.
  • Add onion and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add pork, chorizo, beef, sausages, and bell peppers. Once meat is cooked through, add beer.
  • Season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes. Serve traditional discada norteña.
