1 kilo shrimp, medium peeled and deveined
4 tomatoes, seedless and chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
10 limes, its juice
1 serrano chile, chopped
1/4 cups ketchup
1/4 cups orange soda
1 avocado
1/4 cups pitted olives

Marinate the shrimp in the juice of 5 limes, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour before preparing the ceviche.
Wash the shrimp marinated in lime and place in a deep bowl.
Add the tomato, onion, cilantro, olives, and serrano chili to the shrimp.
Add the juice of the remaining 5 limes, ketchup, and orange soda. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving. When serving, add slices of avocado.
