Acapulco-style Shrimp Cocktail

  • 1 kilo shrimp, packaged, precooked
  • 1 onion, diced (can be purple)
  • 1 serrano chile, in slices
  • 2 tomatoes, in small cubes
  • 1 Avocados from México, to taste
  • 1 fresh cilantro, a sprig
  • 1 orange juice, to taste
  • 1 lime juice, to taste
  • 1 salt
  • 1 black pepper
  • 2 ketchup, small bottles of different brands
  • 1 Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • 1 Maggi seasoning, to taste
  • 1 Tabasco sauce, to taste

  • Mix the ketchup, onion, tomato, chili, cilantro, orange juice, lime juice, Maggi seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper
  • Add the shrimp, let it rest for a while in the refrigerator.
  • Before serving, add the avocado.
