1 kilo shrimp, packaged, precooked
1 onion, diced (can be purple)
1 serrano chile, in slices
2 tomatoes, in small cubes
1 Avocados from México, to taste
1 fresh cilantro, a sprig
1 orange juice, to taste
1 lime juice, to taste
1 salt
1 black pepper
2 ketchup, small bottles of different brands
1 Worcestershire sauce, to taste
1 Maggi seasoning, to taste
1 Tabasco sauce, to taste

Mix the ketchup, onion, tomato, chili, cilantro, orange juice, lime juice, Maggi seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, and pepper
Add the shrimp, let it rest for a while in the refrigerator.
Before serving, add the avocado.
