  • paprika, for the fish
  • salt and pepper, for the fish
  • 1/2 cups panko, for the breading
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs, for the breading
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, for the breading
  • olive oil, for the breading
