  • 35 milliliters olive oil, for the dressing
  • 300 grams canned tuna, for the salpicón
  • 1 saladet tomato flower, for the salpicón
  • 1/4 red onions, for the salpicón

  • 3 avocados
  • sprouts, for garnish
