Baked Fish Cake

  • 500 grams fish fillet , type fish cake
  • 1 lemon , squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley , and garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 4 egg whites
  • salt and pepper

  • Chop the fillets. Drizzle them with lemon. Add the finely chopped garlic and parsley, then add the onion, salt, and pepper. Finally, the beaten egg and egg whites. Mix well and place in a greased and floured mold.
  • Bake in a moderate oven until firm; leave it out of the oven for 10 minutes, then unmold it onto a serving dish.
