Delicious fish fritters typical of the beaches of Mexico seasoned with tomato, onion, oregano, and salt.

1/2 kilos saw fish
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tomatoes
1/2 onions, chopped
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch salt

Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the garlic for 3-4 minutes.
Add the fish and fry for at least 10 minutes on each side.
Add the tomato and onion and mix everything with a spatula while it finishes cooking. Season with oregano and salt.
To make the fish fritters, fill the tortillas with the fish filling, and they can be grilled on a griddle or fried in oil.
