Breaded Fish Fillet

Delicious and fresh breaded fish fillet, ideal for kids and adults.

  • 2 white fish fillets
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups lime juice

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  • Then brush the fillets with lemon and then brush them with egg.
  • Sift the fillets with flour.
  • Once they are well coated in flour, heat the pan with olive oil and when the oil is hot, add the fillets.
  • Wait until one side is well browned, then flip it and serve.
