Breaded fish fillet

Rich and fresh breaded fish fillet, ideal for children and adults.

  • 2 white fish fillets
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cups lime juice

  • Stir the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  • Then coat the fillets with the lemon and then coat them with the egg.
  • Sift the fillets with the flour.
  • Once they are well browned, heat the pan with the olive oil and until the oil is hot, add the fillets.
  • Wait for them to brown well on one side and then turn over and serve.
