2 white fish fillets
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 cups lime juice

Stir the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Then coat the fillets with the lemon and then coat them with the egg.
Sift the fillets with the flour.
Once they are well browned, heat the pan with the olive oil and until the oil is hot, add the fillets.
Wait for them to brown well on one side and then turn over and serve.
