2 white fish fillets
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/4 cups lime juice

Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
Then brush the fillets with lemon and then brush them with egg.
Sift the fillets with flour.
Once they are well coated in flour, heat the pan with olive oil and when the oil is hot, add the fillets.
Wait until one side is well browned, then flip it and serve.
