Sardine Ceviche

  • 2 tomatillos
  • 1 onion
  • 3 chiles
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 2 lemons
  • salt , and pepper

  • Open the can of sardines, place it in a bowl, and remove the bones. Finely chop the vegetables, add them to the sardine mixture, along with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with toast or salty crackers.
