Shrimp Ceviche Recipe

  • 4 cups medium-sized shrimp, clean and in medium cubes
  • 2 cups lime juice, for marinating the shrimp
  • 1 cup red onion, in small cubes
  • 2 cups tomato, in small cubes and seedless
  • 2 cups cucumber, peeled, seedless, and in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Kermato® tomato clam juice
  • salt, for marinating the shrimp
  • pepper, for marinating the shrimp
  • avocado, in thin slices, for decoration
  • cilantro leaves, for decoration
  • tostadas, for serving

  • Mix the shrimp and lime juice, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Add the red onion, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, Kermato®, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Serve the shrimp ceviche in a bowl, decorate with avocado and cilantro leaves, and serve with tostadas.
