4 cups medium-sized shrimp, clean and in medium cubes
2 cups lime juice, for marinating the shrimp
1 cup red onion, in small cubes
2 cups tomato, in small cubes and seedless
2 cups cucumber, peeled, seedless, and in small cubes
1/2 cups cilantro, finely chopped
1 cup Kermato® tomato clam juice
salt, for marinating the shrimp
pepper, for marinating the shrimp
avocado, in thin slices, for decoration
cilantro leaves, for decoration
tostadas, for serving

Mix the shrimp and lime juice, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for one hour.
Add the red onion, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, Kermato®, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Serve the shrimp ceviche in a bowl, decorate with avocado and cilantro leaves, and serve with tostadas.
