  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 tablespoons Chilito La Botanera®
  • 1/4 cups The Classic Botanera®
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups pink shrimp, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup Jalapeño chile, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, in small cubes
  • red onion, in thin strips, for decoration
  • cilantro leaves, for decoration
  • cucumber, in slices
  • avocado, in slices, for decoration
  • Chilito La Botanera®, for decoration
  • tortilla chips, to accompany

  • Sauté the garlic and onion for 10 minutes or until well charred. Set aside.
  • Blend the garlic, onion, Chilito La Botanera®, Botanera® Clásica, lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Mix the onion, shrimp, jalapeño, tomato, and blended sauce.
  • Decorate the black ceviche with red onion, cilantro leaves, cucumber, avocado, and Chilito La Botanera®.
