Surimi Toasts with Shrimp

For those hot days, some tasty and delicious surimi ceviche toasts with shrimp. One day while preparing sushi, I mixed the remaining ingredients and this delicious recipe was born.

  • 5 sticks surimi
  • 1/2 kilos pink shrimp, precooked
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1 carrot , chopped
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 limes
  • tostadas
  • mayonnaise

  • Chop all the ingredients, then let the onion and shrimp marinate in lime juice for at least 25 minutes. Afterward, incorporate all the ingredients. Mix well.
  • Serve on toasts topped with mayonnaise and enjoy.
