Clam Dip

This dip is ideal for a day at the beach or for those who love clams.

  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 180 grams clams, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • In a blender, mix the yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and chopped green onion.
  • Add half of the chopped clams and blend for 5 minutes.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt with the remaining clams, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours (to allow the flavors to blend well).
