  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced

  • 1/4 cups leek, in thin strips
  • rosemary
  • 1 red bell pepper, in thin strips
  • lemon zest,
  • 2 cups clams
  • 2 cups pasta, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over low heat and sauté the leek and red pepper for 3 minutes or until the ingredients are slightly golden. Then, add the rosemary, clams, and lemon zest and cook.
