Start by browning the cod in a little oil, reserve. Then add the chorizo and garlic to the cataplana and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the cod to the cataplana, season well with pepper. Top with the tomatoes and re-season with pepper. Add the herbs and cover with the wine. Close the cataplana and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the shrimp, cook for 5 more minutes, add the olives.
Sprinkle everything with herbs and serve.
