Cook the noodles in boiling water and set aside.
Heat the butter in a saucepan and add diagonally cut green onions (2cm) with finely chopped celery and cook for 4 minutes.
Add the broth and boil for 5 minutes. Flake the crab and add it to the broth along with the drained noodles. Season with salt and cayenne. Serve the soup piping hot with lemon juice.
