6 cups egg noodle, medium egg noodles, dried, prepared according to package instructions
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 stems celery, chopped
1/2 cups white onion , chopped
2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
2 cans cream of mushroom, condensed soup
1 can milk chocolate
2/3 cups potato chips, crumbled

Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Sauté the celery and onion, stirring occasionally for 1 to 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the noodles, tuna, soup, and evaporated milk, mixing well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the potato chips are golden.
