Delicious Seafood Soup

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 250 grams squid, cut into rings
  • 1 tablespoon pimentón
  • 5 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cubes Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
  • 250 grams shrimp, jumbo, cleaned, head-on
  • 200 grams mussels, cleaned
  • 200 grams clams, cleaned
  • parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • In a sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook onion, garlic, and bell pepper until golden brown. Add squid rings and pimentón and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes. Add water. Once it simmers, add Knorr® shrimp bouillon cubes. Cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Once tomatoes are cooked, add shrimp, mussels, and clams. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve delicious seafood soup with lime and garnish with chopped parsley.
