Delicious Seafood Casserole

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, in slices
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 250 grams squid, in rings
  • 1 tablespoon pimentón
  • 5 tomatoes, skinless, seedless, finely chopped
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cubes Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
  • 250 grams shrimp, jumbo, cleaned and with head
  • 200 grams mussels, cleaned
  • 200 grams clams, clean
  • parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • In a medium pot, heat the olive oil and cook the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until lightly browned. Add the squid, paprika, and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes, then incorporate the water, and when it starts to boil, add Knorr® shrimp broth. Cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Once the tomato is cooked, add the shrimp, mussels, clams, and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve and sprinkle with chopped parsley, accompany with lemon, and enjoy.
