Delicious Tuna Chilorio Spring Rolls

  • 4 packages chilorio, tuna
  • 100 grams carrot, cut into julienne
  • 100 grams bell pepper, cut into julienne
  • 100 grams onion, cut into julienne
  • 100 grams soybean sprouts
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup chives, chopped
  • 5 limes, just juice
Preparation

  • Heat the sesame oil and sauté all the ingredients.
  • Mix the tuna chilorio with lemon juice and add the green onion. Let it cool.
  • Drain and assemble the spring roll with spring roll pastry.
  • Cook at 180° degrees until crispy.
  • Add soy sauce, lemon juice, orange juice, and chiltepín chili and serve your rolls with the mixture.
