4 packages chilorio, tuna
100 grams carrot, cut into julienne
100 grams bell pepper, cut into julienne
100 grams onion, cut into julienne
100 grams soybean sprouts
1 garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 cup chives, chopped
5 limes, just juice
Preparation

Heat the sesame oil and sauté all the ingredients.
Mix the tuna chilorio with lemon juice and add the green onion. Let it cool.
Drain and assemble the spring roll with spring roll pastry.
Cook at 180° degrees until crispy.
Add soy sauce, lemon juice, orange juice, and chiltepín chili and serve your rolls with the mixture.
