  • 6 guajillo chiles, hydrated
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chile
  • 2 árbol chiles, hydrated
  • 3 tomatoes, cooked and peeled
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • vegetable oil

  • Blend the guajillo chili, chipotle chili, árbol chili, tomato, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Pour in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, sear them in a pan and set aside. Add them to the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve the devil fish and accompany with white rice.
