Easy Garlic Shrimp

Delicious shrimp dish with a special touch of garlic. They have a rich flavor since the lemon juice and the wine give it a touch of acidity that when mixed with garlic and parsley or coriander make the combination correct and addictive to our palate. Do not let them pass.

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, peeled and clean
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons white wine
  • pepper
  • parsley, or coriander

  • In a frying pan, melt the butter, fry the garlic with the shrimp over medium heat, add the lemon juice and the wine.
  • Let it reduce and marinate in those liquids.
  • Add the parsley or coriander and cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, always checking and stirring.
