Easy Garlic Shrimp

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons white wine
  • pepper
  • parsley , or cilantro

  • In a skillet, melt the butter, sauté the garlic with the shrimp over medium heat, add the lemon juice and wine.
  • Let it reduce and allow the shrimp to marinate in those liquids.
  • Add the parsley or cilantro and let it cook on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, always checking and stirring.
