  • 2 cans glass eel
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 200 shrimp, fake, cleaned and peeled

  • When the oil is hot, add the garlic.
  • Add the shrimp.
  • When the shrimp have changed color and are almost cooked, add the eels, previously drained.
