Elche Style Shrimp

This recipe is a dish that grandma makes during the holidays; it consists of delicious sautéed shrimp with a bit of garlic, cayenne, soy sauce, and paprika. A great combination to give a lot of flavor to this delicious dish.

  • 4 cayenne pepper
  • 200 grams shrimp, or shrimp
  • soy sauce
  • pimentón
  • 4 cloves root beer plant
  • sunflower oil

  • Finely chop the 4 garlic cloves.
  • Peel and clean the shrimp.
  • Sauté the cayenne pepper with sunflower oil. Set aside.
  • Once sautéed; brown the shrimp in the oil with paprika and soy sauce.
  • When they are almost ready, add the cayenne that you set aside.
  • Let cool a bit and enjoy.
